As a Creative Design Assistant at Shodhana Limited, you will support the creative team in developing and executing visual concepts for a wide range of projects, including branding, marketing materials, presentations, and digital content. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers and creative leads in creating visual assets such as layouts, graphics, illustrations, and mockups for print and digital media.
- Prepare and organize design elements for presentations, proposals, and client meetings, ensuring all materials are visually engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns, by adapting and resizing assets as needed.
- Conduct image research, source reference materials, and maintain organized libraries of assets, fonts, and templates for team use.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that meet project objectives.
- Review and proof design work for accuracy, consistency, and quality, making revisions as directed by senior designers or project managers.
- Assist in managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices, sharing insights and inspiration with the team.
- Provide general administrative support to the creative department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
Required Experience and Tools
- Hands-on experience in graphic design, visual arts, or related creative roles, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with presentation tools like PowerPoint or Keynote.
