As a Graphic Artist at Shodhana Limited, you will be a key contributor to the visual identity and communication strategy of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and create original artwork, illustrations, and graphics that support a variety of projects, including branding, advertising, product packaging, and digital campaigns. Working closely with the creative team, you will ensure that all visual materials are engaging, cohesive, and aligned with Shodhana Limited’s brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original illustrations, icons, and graphic elements for use in print and digital media, including brochures, posters, websites, social media, and presentations.
- Translate creative briefs and project requirements into compelling visual concepts that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing professionals, and project managers to brainstorm ideas and refine visual solutions for campaigns and product launches.
- Adapt and modify existing artwork to fit various formats and platforms, ensuring consistency in style and quality across all deliverables.
- Prepare artwork for production by creating print-ready files, managing color profiles, and ensuring all technical specifications are met.
- Maintain organized archives of artwork, project files, and design assets for easy retrieval and future use.
- Participate in regular creative reviews, incorporating feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance the quality and impact of visual materials.
- Stay up to date with current trends in illustration, graphic art, and visual storytelling, applying new techniques and inspiration to your work.
- Support the creation of storyboards, mood boards, and visual mockups for presentations and client pitches.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring all artwork adheres to established standards and contributes to a cohesive visual identity.
Required Experience and Tools
- Demonstrated experience in creating original artwork, illustrations, or graphic assets for commercial or creative projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity.
- Proficiency with industry-standard graphic design and illustration tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.
- Familiarity with preparing artwork for both digital and print production, including knowledge of file formats, color management, and resolution requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished visuals on schedule.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and respond constructively to feedback.
