Role Overview
As a Programmer, you will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code to support various software projects. You will work closely with other developers, analysts, and designers to implement features, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the evolution of our technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications in alignment with project specifications
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and internal standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements
- Debug and resolve technical issues across applications and systems
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Maintain thorough documentation of code, systems, and development processes

Preferred Experience & Skills
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar
- Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Experience working with databases, APIs, and web services
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and solve technical problems independently
- Good understanding of code optimisation and system performance principles
