TEST ENGINEER

est Engineer responsible for automated and manual testing financial software platform. Role involves developing test frameworks, executing comprehensive testing procedures, and ensuring software quality meets client specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Test Automation:

• Develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Python/Java
• Create API test suites using Postman and REST Assured
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
• Build data-driven test scenarios for financial calculations

Testing Activities:

• Execute functional testing across web and mobile platforms
• Perform cross-browser compatibility testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, IE)
• Conduct performance testing for 10,000+ concurrent users
• Manage defect tracking using JIRA system
• Execute regression testing for monthly releases

Client Requirements:

• Test financial transaction processing workflows
• Validate data integrity across development, staging, production environments
• Ensure compliance with TPH’s business rules and calculation logic
• Support User Acceptance Testing with client stakeholders

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 3 years software testing experience with automation focus
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and API testing tools
• Strong Python or Java programming skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
• Knowledge of database testing and SQL

Domain Experience:

• Financial or business-critical application testing
• Performance testing and load testing tools
• Test data management and environment setup
• CI/CD pipeline integration
