About Shodhana

Courses and enrolment

Before enrolling, review the course description, syllabus, level, duration, delivery method, technical requirements, fees and any assessment requirements. Contact us if anything is unclear. Any specific arrangements confirmed in writing for your enrolment form part of your agreement. An enquiry or expression of interest does not itself confirm a paid booking.

Fees and access

Any price, currency, applicable taxes and payment arrangements must be confirmed before you commit to a paid course or service. Access periods and included support are those stated for your course or confirmed in your booking. Please keep your enrolment details accurate and protect any login credentials issued to you.

Learning materials and responsible use

Course materials are provided for your own learning unless a separate licence says otherwise. Do not sell or redistribute restricted materials, share another person’s account, interfere with the website or submit work that misrepresents your own learning. We may investigate misuse and take proportionate action, while preserving any rights you have under consumer law.

Completion certificates

Certificates are issued after Shodhana confirms the applicable course completion and assessment requirements. Each certificate records a certificate number and issued date. Certificates record completion of the named Shodhana course; they do not promise employment, professional licensing or recognition by an external awarding body unless expressly stated for that course.

Certificate records and verification are private and accessible to authorised staff. For a correction, replacement or certificate enquiry, contact us with the certificate number. We may need appropriate information to confirm the request before discussing a record.

Cancellations, refunds and changes

Please see our Refunds & Cancellations policy for cancellation rights and how to request a refund. If Shodhana cannot deliver an agreed course or service, we will contact affected customers about available remedies. Material changes to an existing booking must be handled in accordance with that agreement and applicable law.

Website information and your rights

We aim to keep information accurate and to correct errors promptly. Contact us about an error or access problem. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to services or digital content that do not meet legal standards. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Questions and complaints

Please contact us with your course or booking reference, a description of the issue and your preferred resolution. Updated website terms apply from publication; they do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing agreement.
